Here is what to expect during the week. For each day there are photos in the gallery to give you a feel for the attire and festivities. It is India, so when you're choosing outfits you cannot go wrong with any colors. All times are approximate; we will have a more detailed itinerary for you upon arrival.
January 3, 2027
11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Any girls who would like a little extra body art can get henna done with Lynnelle.
AttireWe recommend wearing something with short sleeves, as your hands and forearms will be getting beautifully decorated with henna art.
6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
This night will be our opportunity to thank you all for coming, your opportunity to meet the other guests and witness some cultural traditions between the families, and of course dinner.
AttireAnything from casual to cocktail.
January 4, 2027

A Haldi party is a lively celebration where turmeric paste is applied to the bride and groom to be for blessings, joy, and glowing skin. It's a colorful, fun-filled event with family, music, and laughter. This will be an outdoor event near a pool — you are welcome to jump in. Brunch will be provided.
AttireImagine anything yellow. Wearing yellow is not a requirement, but it could be fun. Heads up — turmeric may end up on your clothing (hence, the yellow).
